1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Linda Jewellery, operated by Linda LTD ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility and Acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are not otherwise restricted from doing so by law. We may refuse access to our website or decline any order at our discretion. Placing an order confirms that you have read and agree to these Terms, and that any resulting order confirmation is based solely on them.

3. Personal Use
Our website and products are intended for your own personal use. You agree not to purchase products for resale or on behalf of another party without our agreement.

4. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable UK taxes and standard delivery costs. We make every reasonable effort to ensure prices and product details are accurate. If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you to either reconfirm at the correct price or cancel with a full refund. We are not obliged to fulfil an order where the listed price was clearly incorrect, even if an order confirmation was sent. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5. Placing an Order
All orders are subject to stock availability. Once we accept your order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email — this is when a binding contract is formed. We reserve the right to remove products from sale, or to refuse or cancel any order, at our discretion; where we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund. If your order includes multiple items, they may be delivered separately.

6. Payment
Payment is accepted through the methods listed at checkout. We may use third-party payment processors to handle transactions, and by ordering, you agree that relevant information may be shared with them for this purpose. We are not responsible for issues caused by payment providers themselves. You confirm that any payment method used belongs to you, and that you have sufficient funds to complete your purchase. Fraudulent, speculative, or unauthorised orders are not permitted, and we reserve the right to report suspected fraud to relevant authorities.

7. Delivery
We aim to deliver to the address provided at checkout within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout and detailed in our Delivery Information page. While we'll try to notify you of likely delays, we are not liable for losses arising from late delivery, to the extent permitted by law. If we're unable to deliver to a particular location, we'll contact you to arrange a refund or an alternative address. Risk in the product passes to you once it is delivered.

8. Cancelling or Changing an Order
You may request to cancel or amend an order by emailing us before it has been packed for dispatch. Once dispatched, changes are not possible — please instead follow the returns process in Section 10. You're welcome to notify us of an intended cancellation in advance of receiving the item.

9. Faulty or Defective Products
Our products are standard, ready-made items and not custom-made to individual specification. All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, though actual items may vary slightly from images shown. If you receive a faulty item, please email us with a photo of the issue and details of your order. Once we've reviewed and confirmed the fault, we will, at our discretion, either replace the item (at no extra delivery cost to you) or refund the amount paid. If, after review, we don't consider the item to be faulty, we may decline a refund.

10. Returns and Refunds
This section forms part of our Return Policy. You have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us of your intention to cancel, plus a further period to return the item, and we additionally offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as standard. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging — we may decline returns that don't meet this condition. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll confirm by email and process your refund to your original payment method. A return is only considered complete once we've physically received the item.

11. Promotional Codes
Any discount or promotional code we provide can be applied at checkout, subject to any conditions stated at the time it was issued. Only one code may be used per order, codes have no cash value, and any unused balance is non-refundable if an order using a code is later returned (aside from any portion paid by a separate payment method).

12. Acceptable Use of Our Website
You agree not to misuse our website, including (without limitation): attempting to damage or disrupt its performance; introducing viruses or other malicious code; scraping or automated data collection without our permission; using the site to send unsolicited marketing or spam; attempting to access restricted areas, other users' accounts, or our underlying systems; or placing false, speculative, or fraudulent orders. You're responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate, lawful, and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.

13. Linking to Our Website
You may link to our homepage, provided this is done fairly, doesn't imply an endorsement that doesn't exist, and doesn't damage our reputation. We reserve the right to withdraw permission to link to our site at any time, and our site must not be framed within another website.

14. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Linda Jewellery and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use our website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of it without our written permission.

15. Data Protection and Cookies
Our use of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We use cookies as described in our Cookie Policy; by continuing to use our website, you consent to this use in accordance with that policy.

16. Website Security
We don't guarantee that our website will always be secure, error-free, or free of viruses. You're responsible for ensuring your own device has adequate protection. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website or its underlying systems, or carry out any form of attack against it; doing so may result in your access being terminated and, where appropriate, reported to the relevant authorities.

17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of profits or business opportunity) arising from your use of our website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any claim relating to these Terms must generally be brought within a reasonable time of the issue arising.

18. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any losses, costs, or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, or from any fraudulent, negligent, or unlawful use of our website by you.

19. Events Beyond Our Control
We won't be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, or supplier failures. If such an event continues for an extended period, either party may bring the affected order to an end, with a full refund for anything paid but not delivered.

20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be highlighted where reasonably possible. Continued use of our website after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Breach of These Terms
If you breach these Terms, we may take proportionate action, which could include suspending or restricting your access to our website, refusing orders or payments, or, in serious cases, taking further legal action.

22. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using our website at any time. We may suspend or restrict access to our website for operational, security, or legal reasons, and where reasonably possible we'll try to give advance notice.

23. General
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to someone else without our agreement. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms at any time doesn't waive our right to do so later.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
