RETURN POLICY

1. Cancellation and Order Changes
1.1 Once you have placed an order with us, you may cancel or amend it by emailing us at support@linda-jewellery.com.
1.2 Once an order has been packed for dispatch, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or change it. In this case, please wait until you receive the item and follow the return process outlined in Section 2 below. You are welcome to notify us of your intention to cancel in advance — this helps us process things more quickly once the item is back with us. If you haven't received your order and would like a refund before it arrives, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate this within a reasonable timeframe.
1.3 As orders are processed and dispatched shortly after being placed, cancellation requests made after dispatch cannot always be guaranteed — we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing an order if you wish to cancel.
2. Returns and Refunds
2.1 This Return Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions that govern your use of our website.
2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us. In line with UK consumer law, you have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the item to notify us of a cancellation, and a further 14 days to send the item back to us. We're also happy to offer a longer 30-day return window from the date of delivery as standard practice.
2.3 Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
2.4 We are able to process your refund once we have received and inspected the returned item.
2.5 To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags/labels intact, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
2.6 Processing times for returns may vary depending on the item and order.
2.7 Once we've inspected and approved your return, we'll email you to confirm, and your refund will be issued to your original payment method shortly afterwards. There is no fee for storing your returned item while it's processed.
2.8 A cancellation is only considered complete once we have physically received the returned item.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, so we can confirm receipt and match it to your order — this helps us process your refund as quickly as possible.
