When can I expect my order?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery within the United Kingdom usually takes 3–6 business days (Monday to Saturday).

My delivery is later than expected — where is my order?
Most orders arrive within the estimated window, though occasional delays can happen. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 days of the expected delivery date, please email us at support@linda-jewellery.com.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Processing usually takes 1–2 business days, with delivery typically completed within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Part of my order is missing — what happened?
Larger orders may occasionally be split into multiple parcels due to item size or packaging requirements. If part of your order hasn't arrived, the remaining items are usually already on their way and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear this. Please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
  2. Email us at support@linda-jewellery.com with the photos and your order number.
  3. Please wait for a response from us before sending the item back.

What if I ordered the wrong item, it doesn't fit, or I've changed my mind?
Email us at support@linda-jewellery.com with your order details, and we'll help find the best solution. If a return is needed, please refer to our Return Policy — return postage is generally the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel, email us at support@linda-jewellery.com. Once your order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations are no longer possible — please refer to our Return Policy instead.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout. Creating an account is optional but makes tracking your order easier.

Changes to Delivery Address or Phone Number
If you need to update your delivery address or phone number, please contact us as soon as possible — before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been processed, we're unable to amend the delivery details. In that case, we recommend requesting a cancellation (if within 24 hours) and placing a new order with the correct information.

Tracking Issues
If you're having trouble with your tracking number or delivery, we recommend:

  1. Contacting the courier directly as a first step.
  2. Allowing 1–4 business days for tracking information to update.
